BY CAR: Funäsdalen is situated in the middle of Sweden, only 40 kilometers from the Norwegian border and Röros. The fastest route from Stockholm is via the E4 motorway, passing through Gävle, Bollnäs, Ljusdal, and Sveg. From Sveg, take road 84 towards Röros.
